About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain products and platform components on top of voice models used by millions of users.
  • Ship end-to-end features across front-end and back-end systems, and help set the direction of features and products.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Growth, and Sales teams to understand and solve important customer and internal workflows.
  • Scope and build proof-of-concept products, sometimes with partner customers, that may scale into new markets.
  • Improve existing products through UX changes, new functionality, and integrations with consumer and enterprise solutions.
  • Maintain and strengthen internal infrastructure to keep products live, performant, and secure.
  • Collect, manage, and process large-scale datasets supporting future voice models.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Python.
  • Experience with web development using TypeScript and React.
  • Familiarity with software and system design patterns.
  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions, and data structures.
