About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the deepgram.com codebase end to end, including the Next.js application, GitHub repository, branching, CI/CD, and code review.
  • Optimize and maintain Sanity CMS architecture, including schemas, reusable modules, staging and production environments, and publishing workflows.
  • Run the global design system and component library, manage the Vercel platform, and lead AI integrations.
  • Build and operate a scalable QA program and staging environment that keeps the marketing site launch-ready.
  • Lead internationalization and localization efforts, including locale URL and routing architecture, hreflang, and localized content workflows.
  • Own technical SEO, including site architecture, redirects, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Ensure LLM discoverability through structured data, metadata, and content architecture for answer engines.
  • Develop technical infrastructure for website experimentation.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations on forms, gated content, and attribution instrumentation using GTM, GA4, and HubSpot.
  • Maintain cybersecurity posture and run routine safety audits across dependencies and scripts.
  • Ship complex site improvements and campaign pages in a high-velocity, product-driven environment.
  • Use AI agents in daily development and create tooling for safe marketing publishing.

Requirements

  • Background owning marketing websites rather than only product surfaces.
  • Experience with enterprise repository ownership, branching strategy, CI/CD, and code-review practices.
  • Experience with headless CMS architecture; Next.js with Sanity is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with the modern React ecosystem.
  • Experience using Vercel as a production platform.
  • Demonstrated AI-native development using AI agents and tooling.
  • High ownership, accountability, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Technical leadership experience directing or reviewing agency developers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with internationalization and localization, including URL architecture, locale routing, and multi-region infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing on production marketing sites.
  • Interest in voice AI and voice-interactive web experiences.

Compensation

  • Annual salary range: $125,000–$160,000.
