About the role

Responsibilities

  • Run monthly and quarterly commission cycles: execute calculations accurately and on schedule in CaptivateIQ.
  • Administer compensation tooling: maintain plan setup, payee assignments, quotas, crediting rules, hierarchy, and manage data feeds between Salesforce and the ICM platform.
  • Support payees: serve as first line of support for commission queries and disputes; investigate, resolve, and document outcomes.
  • Maintain data cleanliness: keep quota, credit, and hierarchy data accurate and reconciled against the CRM.
  • Produce reports and support close: generate commission statements, standard reporting, and assist with period close and accruals with Finance.
  • Audit and document: perform QA on calculations, maintain process documentation, and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in sales compensation administration, sales operations, or a related RevOps role in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on administration of a modern ICM tool (CaptivateIQ preferred; Xactly, Spiff, or similar acceptable).
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and CRM data.
  • Sound judgement handling confidential compensation data, and clear, well-structured communication.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with consumption-based compensation plans.

Compensation

Target Annual Compensation: 110-130k (base + bonus) + equity
