Staff Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and iterate on the new-user onboarding flow from account creation through KYC completion, focusing on activation and drop-off reduction.
• Build ad-driven funnel surfaces that route users from external campaigns to relevant market pages.
• Ship end-to-end fullstack features, including frontend UI, backend services, and third-party integrations.
• Use product analytics to identify acquisition-funnel friction and run experiments to measure impact.
• Review code and make architectural decisions within the growth engineering domain.
• Coordinate with engineering teams that own dependent services and align stakeholders to deliver changes.
• Raise the technical bar through code reviews, feedback, and mentoring less senior engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of fullstack engineering experience with substantial frontend and backend depth.
• Experience shipping onboarding flows, KYC integrations, or acquisition-funnel features with measurable results.
• Experience collaborating across teams in a larger engineering organization.
• Strong product instincts and the ability to identify funnel problems and propose solutions.
• Ability to make system-level technical tradeoffs across frontend, backend, and external services.
• Clear communication skills for aligning engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Web3 onboarding flows or crypto-native KYC and compliance tooling.
• Familiarity with prediction markets, financial platforms, or other high-stakes transaction products.
• Experience running growth experiments with A/B testing frameworks and interpreting results.
