About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own creative on key campaigns: Set visual direction for ABM, paid, lifecycle, partner, and product launches. Partner with growth and product marketing. Maintain coherent voice across video, web, and social.
  • Run rollout of rebrand across surfaces: Apply new brand system across web, deck, sales, paid, social, video, recruiting, internal using AI system. Stand up brand-asset library (templates, decks, components). Educate teams on brand rules.
  • Support events and customer demand campaigns: Direct creative for flagship events, webinars, field marketing. Build high-conversion creative systems for demand gen. Standardize event visual identity.
  • Support website refreshes: Lead rebuild of latenthealth.com on new brand system. Partner on funnel-aware page architecture.
  • Scale design system for ads and social: Design scalable system by persona. Direct social-content program. Approve editorial line.
  • Defend visual coherence: Run brand-consistency reviews. Mentor cross-functional teams (sales, recruiting, product).

Requirements

  • 10+ years in brand, creative, or design leadership at high-growth B2B or consumer companies, with experience scaling a rebrand company-wide.
  • Strong directorial skills across video, web, and campaign (beyond static design).
  • High taste level, low tolerance for generic design.
  • Ship fast and on-brand.
  • Comfort directing agencies, contractors, in-house teams on visual systems.
  • Actively use AI tools to extend creative output.
  • View brand as a system, confident in strategy and execution.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in high-leverage, AI-enabled marketing focused on speed and efficiency.
