About the role

Responsibilities

  • Translate brand and product campaign strategy into integrated marketing plans, defining channel roles, sequencing, and rollout across paid, owned, retail, partnership, and regional touchpoints.
  • Partner with Senior Brand Manager to translate creative briefs into cohesive, full-funnel marketing plans.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Media, Product Marketing, Growth, Sports & Talent, PR, Lifecycle, Wholesale, Web, and Country teams.
  • Define launch readiness requirements, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Own in-market campaign performance tracking and post-campaign reporting with Analytics.
  • Ensure channel plans reflect strategic priorities, identifying risks and resolving tradeoffs.
  • Coordinate with Sports & Talent, Social, PR, and Wholesale for partner, editorial, and retail calendars.
  • Identify gaps in campaign translation from brief to market and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, go-to-market leadership, or cross-channel campaign management in high-growth consumer technology.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-channel product launches or brand campaigns from planning through performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy and channel orchestration.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and translating insights into optimizations.
  • Clear communicator able to distill strategic priorities into executable GTM plans.
  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks.
