Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance the global corporate cash investment program, including strategies, policies, systems, operations, performance metrics, and risk metrics.
  • Monitor and synthesize global financial market and macroeconomic trends.
  • Manage relationships with asset managers, custodians, service providers, and other financial partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and external stakeholders to identify and manage global interest-income opportunities.
  • Build observability tools and provide data insights for investments and yield optimization.
  • Identify capital-markets system needs and coordinate with relevant teams to build required infrastructure.
  • Support complex Capital Markets projects through project planning and cross-functional coordination.
  • Contribute to the long-term Capital Markets strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in capital markets or corporate treasury, including at least 5 years of progressive post-bachelor's experience.
  • 7 years of experience with investments, interest-rate risk management, and global cash management.
  • 7 years of experience with fixed income, interest-rate derivatives, foreign exchange, hedging strategies, and macroeconomic analysis.
  • 7 years of experience creating financial forecasts and models.
  • 7 years of experience in financial markets, foreign exchange, or fixed income across G10 or emerging markets.
  • 5 years of experience running deadline-oriented deals or projects, including planning, stakeholder management, operational best practices, and results tracking.
  • 2 years of experience using Bloomberg Terminal.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $199,222–$235,200 per year.
  • Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and wellness stipends.
