About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver roadmap for the new CloudSecure product.
  • Responsible for growth and development of the engineering team, partnering with senior technical leads.
  • Understand product and technology to collaborate across engineering, product management, and other functions for critical decisions.
  • Define and drive rapid development, release, measurement, and iteration process to achieve feature completeness and quality.
  • Be decisive in ambiguity, balance business concerns with deadlines, and ensure on-time releases.
  • Participate in technical leadership for product planning, innovation, business milestones, resource requirements, strategy, hiring, and market leadership.

Requirements

  • BS Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 10 years’ experience planning, designing, developing, and delivering software.
  • 6 years’ experience as a People Manager in software development, managing diverse experience levels.
  • Experience building Cloud products (Cloud Security preferred).
  • Understanding of user interface design and visualization of complex systems.
  • Track record of engineering organization leadership, hiring, enabling high-performing teams.
  • Hands-on experience with agile development (scrum preferred), people and process management.
  • Significant technical experience with distributed systems, RESTful web services, high-scale SaaS, public clouds, from inception to delivery.
  • Experience with public cloud APIs and services for securing cloud entities.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, testing automation, production telemetry.
  • Excellent communication skills for complex technical information.

  • Experience in Cloud Security space.
