Help prepare for high-priority customer and partner meetings — crafting thoughtful briefings, coordinating input from internal stakeholders, and ensuring clear follow-up and accountability.
Join customer and partner meetings acting as an advocate for the customer and a connector between the Delivery, Sales, and Product teams.
Build a deep understanding of MongoDB’s strategic accounts, identifying patterns, opportunities, and challenges that inform company strategy.

Role Requirements
3–5+ years owning strategic programs portfolios with direct accountability and cross-functional initiatives.
Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to structure and synthesize ambiguous information into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Customer Orientation: Deep empathy for customer needs and the ability to translate those into business outcomes.
