Marketing Associate
Own and execute LATAM marketing strategy across events, partnerships, content, social, PR, and demand generation. The role requires 3–6 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, professional fluency in Spanish and English, and strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities
- Own LATAM marketing strategy end-to-end, localizing global brand, messaging, and campaigns across Mexico, Brazil, and West LATAM.
- Run executive dinners, roundtables, conferences, trade shows, and partner events from budgeting and logistics through pipeline attribution.
- Build co-marketing programs with strategic partners, including joint events, co-branded content, and partner marketing materials.
- Own regional social media and content, including LinkedIn, executive ghostwriting, localized case studies, webinars, and collateral in Spanish and Portuguese.
- Build regional brand awareness through media relationships, press, speaking opportunities, and analyst visibility.
- Run demand generation and marketing operations, including paid, email, and ABM campaigns coordinated with BDRs and AEs.
- Measure attribution, report on pipeline, and manage the regional budget and vendors.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, or demand generation, ideally at a startup or high-growth technology company.
- Experience organizing and managing conferences, executive dinners, trade shows, and other events through pipeline follow-up.
- Hands-on experience with social media, content, email, paid marketing, and partner co-marketing.
- Strong Spanish and English writing and storytelling skills.
- Analytical approach to pipeline, customer acquisition cost, channel performance, and campaign return on investment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with global growth teams, local sales teams, and partners.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience building a brand and demand engine from zero as an ex-founder or early employee.
- Portuguese proficiency.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS or AI marketing to C-level buyers with long sales cycles.
- Partner or channel marketing experience with resellers or system integrators.
- Familiarity with enterprise markets and media and events ecosystems in Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems, LinkedIn Ads, email platforms, Notion, Figma, Canva, PR agencies, and regional media relations.
