Responsibilities
- Own how marketing translates into pipeline and revenue for Mexico by turning customer insights, sales priorities, and global programs into local, full-funnel demand.
- Build a predictable, data-driven field marketing engine that accelerates sales success.
- Meet or exceed marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution targets, with accountability for lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion.
- Establish an integrated, full-funnel field marketing engine that converts priority accounts from awareness to active pipeline and improves conversion rates and deal velocity.
- Develop scalable, repeatable demand-generation motions across events, digital campaigns, account-based initiatives, and partner activities.
- Partner with Mexico sales leadership to co-create field marketing plans embedded in territory and account plans.
- Improve lead management performance, including speed-to-lead, routing accuracy, and follow-up quality.
- Use attribution and performance data to reallocate budget toward high-performing channels and programs and improve marketing ROI.
- Travel for customer meetings, field programs, and internal alignment sessions within Mexico and occasionally across the Americas.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 2–4 years in field marketing or a closely related role with direct accountability for pipeline and revenue contribution.
- Proven success building marketing-sourced pipeline in partnership with direct sales and SDR/XDR teams, ideally in a high-growth or SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience designing and executing integrated, full-funnel programs.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM and a marketing automation platform to manage campaigns, leads, and attribution.
- Ability to use data and experimentation for investment decisions, including conversion analysis, pipeline reporting, and program and budget optimization.
- Experience partnering with sales leaders to build territory and account plans and translate business priorities into marketing strategies, plays, and success measures.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to represent customer and field needs to regional and global marketing teams and drive alignment.
