Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the website design system, including scalable patterns, component libraries, and governance standards across web surfaces.
- Lead end-to-end web design projects from concept and user research through interaction design, prototyping, and detailed technical handoffs to web engineers and motion designers.
- Drive innovation through exploration, prototyping, and user testing to improve user experience, conversion, and accessibility.
- Mentor junior web designers on responsive design, accessibility, and design-system governance.
- Run design demos, present work to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, and clearly articulate design rationale.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate design workflows and explore new interaction paradigms.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional design experience with significant focus on web and digital product design, including demonstrated impact at a staff or senior-staff level.
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of user experience design, interaction design, responsive web design, and design-system architecture.
- Deep expertise in building, scaling, and governing design systems for multiple teams and use cases.
- Strong command of modern design tools, such as Figma.
- Comfort working at the intersection of design and front-end development, including pixel-level specifications and technical handoffs.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted design workflows in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including design reviews, stakeholder demos, and cross-functional critiques.

- $146,600 - $219,800 USD
