Track record of hitting pipeline targets

Things You’ll Do
Define and execute signal-led outbound strategy for enterprise accounts (which accounts, when, channels)
Build and run multi-channel campaigns (outbound, events, webinars, digital) driving pipeline from first touch to closed-won
Write and refine enterprise outbound messaging aligned to AI and automation use cases across buying committee personas
Design account-based plays for high-value targets: multi-threading, persona-specific outreach, deal acceleration
Partner directly with Sales to align campaigns with active deal motion; enable team with sequences, messaging, playbooks
Run 3+ experiments per week across messaging, channels, offers, timing; share learnings
Design and ship AI-driven workflows orchestrating agents, LLMs, enrichment platforms into repeatable systems
Owns the GlossGenius website end-to-end, driving strategy, AI-powered experimentation, CRO, and cross-functional execution to convert service business owners into customers. Reports to VP of Growth Marketing; hybrid NYC role.
