About the role

About You

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with strong focus on enterprise demand gen and outbound
  • Track record of hitting pipeline targets
  • Background in SaaS or automation/integration platforms
  • Experience marketing to enterprise IT, Sales Operations, or RevOps personas
  • Experience running integrated, complex campaigns across digital, events, and partner channels
  • Ability to read signals (product usage, intent, firmographic) as buyer context and translate into timely outreach
  • Run 3+ structured experiments per week, treating misses as data
  • Built campaigns that Sales adopts (sequences, messaging frameworks, playbooks)
  • Built and deployed AI-powered workflows connecting tools, automating processes with measurable impact
  • Comfortable building campaigns for segments without established playbooks
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot, Gong Engage, Demandbase, 6sense, Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo

Things You’ll Do

  • Define and execute signal-led outbound strategy for enterprise accounts (which accounts, when, channels)
  • Build and run multi-channel campaigns (outbound, events, webinars, digital) driving pipeline from first touch to closed-won
  • Write and refine enterprise outbound messaging aligned to AI and automation use cases across buying committee personas
  • Design account-based plays for high-value targets: multi-threading, persona-specific outreach, deal acceleration
  • Partner directly with Sales to align campaigns with active deal motion; enable team with sequences, messaging, playbooks
  • Run 3+ experiments per week across messaging, channels, offers, timing; share learnings
  • Design and ship AI-driven workflows orchestrating agents, LLMs, enrichment platforms into repeatable systems
