Responsibilities
Execute planning and logistics for federal executive dinners, meetups, happy hours, and sponsored trade shows
Establish event activities aligned with sales goals and Federal team priorities
Manage contractor relationships, event production firms, vendors, and budgets
Align with growth marketing on campaigns and MQL reporting
Track event performance, ROI, and metrics through Salesforce
Own all aspects of Scale's annual hosted federal conferences
Support AI Governance and Policy portion of Scale Summit (content, speakers, agenda, logistics)
Interface with external executives for speakers and presentation planning
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years experience in event marketing or management with Federal marketing
Experience managing events from 30 to 500+ attendees
Ability to multitask across projects and stakeholders
Impeccable attention to detail and proactive troubleshooting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and Outreach
Collaborative attitude for working with executive leadership
Own pipeline generation for Zapier's Enterprise segment by building and running multi-channel, signal-led outbound campaigns from first touch to closed-won.
