About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize the global Source-to-Pay (S2P) process, ensuring a smooth handoff between upstream sourcing and intake in Zip and downstream purchasing and payables in Oracle Fusion.
  • Serve as the functional lead for Zip and Oracle Fusion Procurement, building intake workflows in Zip and configuring requisitioning, purchasing, and supplier portals in Oracle.
  • Manage the technical health of the Zip-to-Oracle integration, including data flows for requisitions, purchase orders, supplier master data, and compliance screening.
  • Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting, translating business policies into system logic.
  • Maintain audit-ready Oracle system-of-record data and manage mappings for category codes, cost centers, and tax attributes between Zip and Oracle GL.
  • Manage quarterly release cycles for Zip and Oracle, conducting impact assessments and protecting integrated workflows.
  • Lead adoption and functional governance of Oracle embedded and custom AI agents, ensuring automation is compliant, auditable, and efficient.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement, including Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, and Supplier Model, and/or 2+ years of experience with Zip.
  • Strong understanding of the Source-to-Pay lifecycle, including purchase requisition and purchase order lifecycles, three-way matching, encumbrance accounting, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing API-based integrations between intake-to-procure tools and Tier-1 ERP systems.
  • Ability to map complex cross-functional business processes and identify automation and bottleneck-removal opportunities.
  • Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in a live production environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience supporting an organization transitioning to the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Global Trade Management.
  • Experience with third-party software such as Ironclad and Navan.
  • Exposure to the data center infrastructure industry.
  • Relevant Oracle Cloud product or functional certifications.
  • Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

Compensation and Benefits

  • For Seattle, WA-based hires: estimated annual salary of $114,000–$156,000.
