About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own all day-to-day office operations: supply ordering, package receiving, kitchen stocking, bathroom supplies, plant care, and dishwasher management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with building management for all facilities needs, resolving issues quickly and proactively.
  • Create a warm, professional front-of-house experience by welcoming every candidate and guest who walks through our doors.
  • Coordinate team and social events end-to-end, from planning through day-of execution—at least one great event every month.
  • Order and distribute new hire and anniversary apparel and swag.
  • Pack, ship, and track conference assets and marketing materials for campaigns and events, and help prepare marketing packages and customer gifts.
  • Notice what's needed before anyone has to ask—and just take care of it.

Requirements

  • A new grad or someone looking to make a career pivot who is hungry to get your foot in the door at a technology startup.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills: maybe you were social chair for a campus org or Greek life, worked in admissions or campus athletics facilities, or managed a college sports team.
  • Experience coordinating events, even informally.
  • Extremely organized: you keep meticulous track of inventory, deadlines, and logistics without needing reminders.
  • Warm and service-oriented: you take genuine pride in making people feel welcomed and cared for.
  • Scrappy and resourceful: comfortable with ambiguity and able to find solutions when things don't go as planned.
  • Detail-oriented: you catch errors before they become problems—in shipments, orders, and event logistics.
  • Strong alignment with our Core Values.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary ($70,000 – $90,000).
  • Equity / stock options.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) program.
  • Flexible PTO.
