Responsibilities
- Design and build internal products used daily by engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
- Own end-to-end systems spanning frontend, backend, data, and integrations to remove bottlenecks and increase product development velocity.
- Collaborate with partner teams to understand workflows, define requirements, and build tools that improve iteration speed, quality, and clarity in the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five years of post-bachelor's progressive experience in software development or a related occupation.
- Five years of experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining full-stack or backend web applications.
- Five years of experience with one or more of Java, Go, Python, Ruby, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Five years of experience building and consuming REST or gRPC APIs.
- Five years of experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases.
- Five years of experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Five years of experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Vue, or building product UIs.
- Five years of experience owning large components or projects and driving alignment with cross-functional partners.
- Five years of experience debugging.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $206,086–$285,600 per year.
- Additional compensation may include equity, company bonuses, or sales commissions/bonuses.
- Benefits may include a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and wellness stipends.
