Responsibilities
- Solve challenging problems involving LLM memory, multi-language codebase indexing, semantic search for large codebases, and related systems.
- Design, implement, test, and deploy full features.
- Gather user feedback and iterate on features.
- Drive ambiguous projects from initial design through launch and operation.
- Own a subsystem or service and its service-level objectives (SLOs).
- Improve security, reliability, and maintainability across the codebase.
- Mentor engineers and establish strong technical defaults.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree; undergraduate education or higher.
- 4+ years of software or DevOps engineering experience.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $200,000–$250,000.
