Responsibilities
Architect and steward product strategy for Traba’s AI agent platform.
Solve complex customer problems by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities.
Write detailed product requirements and partner deeply with product engineers and ML teams.
Rapidly validate and prototype ideas alongside customers and design partners.
Design agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute meaningful work.
Define product behavior, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks that improve reliability and performance.
Use data to uncover patterns and answer key product and system questions.
Evolve the AI product portfolio with a deep understanding of model capabilities and system architecture.
Visualize and communicate complex concepts, from system behavior and evaluations to user experiences and business impact.
Synthesize stakeholder feedback across departments and levels.
Requirements
5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager.
Experience launching products from scratch and driving meaningful customer outcomes.
Experience building AI-native products or customer-facing agent systems that take meaningful actions for users.
Strong technical abilities and the ability to work deeply with engineering and ML teams.
Ability to read evaluations, reason through system performance, and prototype ideas.
Experience operating in highly ambiguous startup environments with fast iteration cycles.
Deep familiarity with AI tools and hands-on experience building with modern AI systems.
Experience embedding deeply with early customers and rapidly shipping based on direct feedback.
Strong product judgment, first-principles thinking, and technical instincts.
Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, ML, operations, design, leadership, and customers.
Strong work ethic and desire to build a category-defining company.
Nice to Have
Experience with forward-deployed environments or customer-embedded product development models.
Experience designing agents that orchestrate systems, use tools, maintain context, and perform work autonomously.

Annual salary range of $180,000–$210,000.
