Build and scale Pigment’s internal finance systems through multidimensional modeling, automated data pipelines, AI agents, and financial workflows. The role requires 3–6 years of FinOps, RevOps, finance analytics, or analytics engineering experience, plus accounting fluency and French and English proficiency.

Responsibilities
Systems Architecture & Modeling
- Design, build, and optimize multidimensional models and processes in Pigment for internal accounting (P2P, QTC, R2R), cash management, and revenue operations use cases.
- Translate accounting policies, billing structures, and revenue-recognition rules into scalable, logic-based data flows.
- Map data between upstream systems including Zip, Navan, and Salesforce and the ERP ecosystem, including NetSuite, to maintain a single source of truth.
AI Engineering & Process Automation
- Use LLMs and Pigment's native AI capabilities to build automated reporting agents.
- Deploy workflows using n8n and APIs to automate month-end closing tasks, anomaly detection, and real-time cash forecasting.
- Evaluate next-generation fintech tools to advance the Finance department toward an automated, real-time, audit-ready state.
Governance, Support & Evolution
- Maintain technical documentation, schemas, and playbooks for the finance stack.
- Partner with the FP&A Modeler/Architect to maintain a unified company-wide data dictionary.
- Support the evolution and optimization of the NetSuite ERP architecture.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in FinOps, RevOps, or as a Finance Business Analyst or Analytics Engineer within a fast-growing technology or SaaS company.
- Strong multidimensional modeling skills, such as Pigment or Power BI, or strong data-manipulation skills with advanced SQL, Python, or expert-level logic.
- Understanding of LLM prompting, APIs, and AI-agent deployment.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, P&L mechanics, and cash flows.
- Degree in Engineering, Data Science, MIAGE, or Business School with a strong focus on business intelligence or information systems.
- French and English proficiency.
