Group Product Manager, Edge Computing

Leads the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of edge computing products spanning modular data center hardware, software, connectivity, and cloud control planes. Requires product leadership for B2B technical infrastructure products and strong cross-functional expertise across hardware and software.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Crusoe’s edge computing offerings based on modular AI data centers.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through end-of-life across hardware and software edge solutions.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and validate concepts.
  • Translate product strategy into roadmaps, user stories, and feature requirements covering hardware configurations, software, and connectivity.
  • Partner with engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, business operations, and go-to-market teams on product development and launches.
  • Define pricing and packaging models that balance deployment economics, customer flexibility, and infrastructure returns.
  • Track product metrics to guide decisions and measure success.
  • Develop executive narratives and decision materials for investment, capacity planning, and product direction.
  • Evangelize edge computing products to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Product management experience delivering hardware, software, or platform products in edge computing or cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling B2B technical products from concept to market.
  • Strong understanding of edge computing architectures, including servers, storage, networking, containerization, virtualization, cloud control planes, and connectivity.
  • Experience working across hardware and software boundaries and translating infrastructure capabilities into customer-facing products.
  • Ability to balance technical tradeoffs, customer requirements, and infrastructure economics.
  • Experience collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and go-to-market teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences and connect them to customer and business outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, including training, inference, and MLOps.
  • Experience in the energy sector or sustainable technology.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware design and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their edge or distributed cloud products.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native principles.

  • Compensation range of $250,000–$300,000 plus bonus.
