Responsibilities
Generate high quality net new opportunities through strategic cold calling, personalized email sequences, and targeted social selling
Deliver value-driven messaging that engages prospects
Work closely with AEs and marketing to formulate personalized messaging and collateral
Secure meetings with employer buyers at all levels, from C-suite executives to benefits leaders
Develop tracking and reporting dashboards in Salesforce and regularly report progress to Sales leadership
Consistently hit daily, weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Travel as needed for conferences
Requirements
2+ years of highly successful outbound sales development or lead generation experience, preferably within SaaS, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
Ability to craft persuasive emails and engaging LinkedIn messages and phone conversations
Results-driven mindset with ability to thrive autonomously and manage time effectively
Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to build target account and contact lists and conduct personalized outreach at scale

Compensation & Benefits
Expected base salary range: $70,000 to $80,000
Variable compensation with expected on-target earnings of $115,000 to $130,000
