Replit is looking for a strategic, operator-minded Talent Programs leader to join the People team. This role will report to the Head of People Business Partners & Talent Programs and operate as a senior individual contributor responsible for building, running, and evolving the company’s core talent programs and operating rhythms.
This role blends program strategy, operational excellence, and hands-on building. You will drive company-wide talent programs including performance cycles, calibrations, onboarding, manager forums, and enablement initiatives while creating scalable content, frameworks, and processes that improve consistency and execution across the business.

Leads HR technology strategy and operations, optimizing Workday and other people systems to support employee lifecycle and scale operations. Manages a team, drives integrations, automations, and change adoption in a high-growth environment. Requires 10+ years experience with 5+ in Workday admin.
