Responsibilities
Track the competitive AI talent landscape, including sourcing strategies, team structures, and offer positioning.
Analyze hiring-funnel metrics such as pass-through rates, time in stage, source yield, and quality of hire.
Build dashboards and reporting for real-time visibility into pipeline health and hiring capacity.
Serve as the analytics expert for Talent Acquisition and inform recruiting-funnel decisions.
Partner with business leaders and recruiters across GTM, Applied AI, and Operations on market and pipeline questions.
Conduct research on talent-market trends, AI talent sources, compensation structures, and competitor hiring practices.
Build and maintain compensation benchmarks across roles and markets.
Present findings to recruiting and company leadership, translating data into recommendations.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in people analytics, talent intelligence, or recruiting analytics, ideally at a high-growth technology or AI company.
Strong SQL and data-modeling skills.
Experience building dashboards with tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau.
Genuine interest in the AI talent market and compensation trends.
Ability to turn messy data into clear narratives and recommendations.
Strong communication skills and confidence presenting data-backed perspectives to recruiters and leadership.
High-motor, outcome-oriented approach in a hypergrowth environment.
Familiarity with Ashby or ability to quickly adopt new tools and systems.
