Join the Sales team as a Customer Account Executive responsible for expanding and renewing current customer accounts, identifying use cases, educating on features, and driving adoption of Tailscale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in how Tailscale helps customers
  • Build quarterly pipeline through client upsells and renewals
  • Own upsell and renewal targets across accounts
  • Educate customers on Tailscale value during evaluation and adoption
  • Generate short-term results while maintaining annual pipeline
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasting and revenue delivery
  • Create mutual action/success plans with customers
