Join the Sales team as a Customer Account Executive responsible for expanding and renewing current customer accounts, identifying use cases, educating on features, and driving adoption of Tailscale.
Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert in how Tailscale helps customers
- Build quarterly pipeline through client upsells and renewals
- Own upsell and renewal targets across accounts
- Educate customers on Tailscale value during evaluation and adoption
- Generate short-term results while maintaining annual pipeline
- Provide accurate weekly forecasting and revenue delivery
- Create mutual action/success plans with customers
