Chief of Staff
Serves as judgment layer and systems extender for AI-powered knowledge graph operations, handling high-volume communication, GTM/BD, executive assistance, content, and agent development with hacker mindset and high taste. Requires terminal comfort, API familiarity, strong writing, and automation instinct.
Responsibilities
- Communication ops: drafting, editing, and sending on behalf of founders (investor updates, customer threads, recruiting replies, vendor back-and-forth)
- GTM and BD ops: pipeline, outreach, follow-ups, proposals
- Executive assistance: scheduling, travel, logistics, occasional personal tasks
- Content and marketing ops: LinkedIn, campaigns, contractor coordination
- Video content: capturing, coordinating, and shaping
- Knowledge graph maintenance: keeping company ontology clean, current, and growing
- Agent development: extending the system to reduce manual handling
Skills Required
- Obsessively detail-oriented and caring
- Comfortable in a terminal (git, basic unix commands, CLI tools, Claude Code)
- Comfortable with APIs (understanding how systems communicate)
- Fast learner: productive in new systems within days
- Strong writer: natural voice, clean formatting, catches AI slop
- Taste: cares about quality and aesthetic
- Systems thinker: views recurring tasks as design flaws

Compensation
- $135K base + 0.35% equity
