Chief of Staff
Work directly with the CEO to execute across hiring, sales, marketing, partnerships, office operations, and process automation at a fast-moving YC startup.
What you'll do
- Take on whatever's breaking, slowing us down, or the bottleneck to our growth
- Execute new initiatives and one-off projects for growth, sales, marketing, and partnerships
- Hiring–sourcing the best candidates, running interviews/work trials, onboarding new hires
- Run inbound sales–product inquiries, security questionnaires, demos
- Talk to existing and prospective customers
- Understand and identify gaps in how we show up in the world and to our customers
- Run office operations and handle admin work (payroll, expenses, vendor management, all the stuff that needs to get done)
- Build and automate processes and systems as we scale
- Operational and keeping-the-lights-on tasks
Who you are

- Strong operator with startup experience–you've seen how great organizations operate and can execute at that level
- High ownership–you own outcomes, not just tasks, and feel it personally when something doesn't ship

Senior Operations Manager, Automation Development
Own end-to-end automation of healthcare operations workflows using SQL, APIs, scripts, and AI tools. Requires 3+ years in operations or data-heavy roles, strong SQL skills, and the ability to manage complex projects autonomously.
Forward Deployed Operations
Forward Deployed Operations role embedding with operators to run daily workflows while identifying and shipping automations that remove friction. Requires 2-4 years experience, SQL + Python/TypeScript, and hands-on AI tooling experience.
Senior Manager, Operations
Senior operations leader managing the full deal lifecycle for credit facilities at a fintech platform. Owns pre- and post-close diligence, portfolio monitoring, leverage mechanics, and cross-functional execution with Investments, Legal, and Debt Capital Markets.
Brokerage Operations Lead
Lead day-to-day brokerage operations for Invest and Crypto products as the designated Series 24 principal, overseeing trade lifecycle, settlements, ACATS, corporate actions, and regulatory compliance while partnering with clearing firms and building AI-driven automations.
Clinical Strategy & Operations Manager (Remote)
Drive provider quality initiatives at a mental health tech startup through data-driven decision making, SQL analysis, and cross-functional operational programs. Requires 5+ years in analytical environments and strong execution skills.
