About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop financial forecasts and set targets that align with Rippling’s strategic initiatives to achieve ambitious growth.
  • Up-level planning and reporting processes to public company standards, including adoption of systems such as Anaplan and AI tools.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to G&A executives, providing financial and strategic advice to support operational infrastructure.
  • Partner with Accounting, Business Operations, Compensation, HR, Real Estate, Recruiting, and other Strategic Finance teams to drive annual and quarterly planning processes.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for executives, Board of Directors, and investors.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience at a high-growth technology company.
  • Prior experience in Investing and/or Investment Banking.
  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills with a track record of building and maintaining complex operating models.
  • Solid understanding of the SaaS business model and key metrics.
  • Self-starter with ability to manage time, deliverables, and cross-functional relationships.
  • Organized, attentive to detail, and intellectually curious.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment and solving ambiguous, challenging problems.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with financial planning tools (e.g. Anaplan).
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude).
