Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for 3–4 technical leaders.
Serve as the primary point of contact between supported leaders and the rest of the company.
Support recruiting coordination efforts.
Track projects and commitments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Manage a satellite office and coordinate across time zones.
Adapt support and communication styles to individual needs.
Proactively address challenges in a fast-changing role.
Handle sensitive or personal information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

4+ years of executive or administrative support experience, ideally in AI labs or technology startups.
Track record of supporting technical leaders such as engineers or researchers.

Compensation and Benefits

Expected annual salary: $200,000–$250,000 USD, depending on background, skills, and experience.
