Creator Partnerships Coordinator

What You’ll Own

• Identify trending Linkers by monitoring platform activity and external signals (social growth, viral moments, press), and flag them to the team for potential outreach or priority support.
• Conduct creator outreach across all verticals and drive them through the onboarding pipeline independently, with minimal oversight.
• Walk partners through Linktree best practices, helping them optimize their page setup, link structure, and overall presence to get the most out of the platform.
• Manage "glow ups" (page improvements/refreshes) for priority partner Linktrees.
• Set up demo accounts and make edits to priority partner targets on behalf of the CP team, ensuring accounts are ready to support outreach and partner conversations.
• Manage admin requests from top partners, including but not limited to transferring ownership, adding/removing admins, and verifying accounts.
• Troubleshoot + report bugs from managed partners.

What You'll Bring

• 1-2 years of experience at a talent agency, or in a similar partner-facing/coordination role, with some exposure to communicating with high-level talent and their teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through.
• A clear, professional communicator with internal and external partners.
• A genuine interest in creators and the creator economy.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with a growth mindset.
• Able to work from our Los Angeles office on a hybrid basis.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary offered for this role is targeted at $83,000 - $90,000 for roles based in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Final offers depend on multiple factors including location, experience, expertise, and role scope.
