Responsibilities
Serve as a primary on-camera face of Clay University, recording courses, Looms, and walkthroughs.
Own the full content lifecycle, including curriculum preparation, recording, screen capture, and editor handoff.
Ship educational content rapidly as new features, models, and use cases emerge.
Create live builds, scrappy walkthroughs, and real-time problem-solving content.
Translate work from Solutions, GTMOps, and Forward Deployed GTMEs into University-grade lessons.
Measure content performance and use learner feedback to improve future content.
Requirements and Qualifications
Learner-first mindset with enthusiasm for experimenting with new frontier models and product features.
Comfortable on camera, riffing live, recording retakes, and participating in the editing process.
Hands-on builder who teaches by demonstrating workflows directly in Clay.
Strong shipping cadence and ability to prioritize timely content over unnecessary perfection.
High standards for educational craft and production quality.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping define the content library for the emerging GTM Engineering discipline.
Proven history of creating and shipping content, such as a YouTube channel, course, Loom library, Substack with screen recordings, or teaching portfolio.
Able to understand learners' journeys and explain concepts in ways that make them click.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary range of $125,000–$190,000.
