What You Will Work On
- Maintain and improve the health of our internal knowledge base by identifying outdated, duplicate, or incomplete content
- Identify opportunities for improvements to our knowledge system and design features that enable our stakeholders to do their best work
- Partner with subject matter experts and contributors to create, edit, and publish high-quality documentation
- Support content operations by coordinating reviews, managing publishing workflows, and improving contributor experiences
- Apply content standards, templates, metadata, and taxonomy to improve consistency and discoverability
- Monitor the quality and organization of knowledge content, proactively recommending improvements
- Help develop and refine reusable content structures, authoring templates, and documentation patterns
- Support governance efforts by helping ensure knowledge remains accurate, current, and aligned with organizational standards
- Use data, feedback, and content audits to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, and operations teams to improve how knowledge supports the business

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in content design, technical writing, content operations, knowledge management, documentation, or a related field
- Experience working with content management systems, documentation platforms, or knowledge bases
- Experience editing or managing documentation created by multiple contributors
- Experience supporting content governance, publishing workflows, or documentation processes
- Familiarity with one or more of the following: knowledge management systems, technical documentation, content operations, taxonomy or metadata, content modeling or structured content
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple content initiatives while balancing quality and speed
- Interest in improving how structured knowledge supports search, automation, and AI-enabled experiences
Compensation
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $121,000.00 to $151,000.00 per year.
