Responsibilities
- Build and ship backend services using Golang and gRPC to extend CX platform capabilities and support agent workflows across compliance and consumer teams.
- Evaluate, integrate, and support third-party SaaS platforms, ensuring connectivity across the CX tooling ecosystem.
- Partner with product, design, security, and data teams on cross-functional operational and compliance solutions.
- Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing strategies, deployment processes, and observability standards such as metrics, logging, and tracing.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Go and experience building scalable backend services using gRPC, event-driven architectures, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Experience evaluating, integrating, and operating third-party SaaS applications and vendor APIs in production.
- Experience operating production systems on AWS with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling such as BuildKite.
- Experience implementing rate limiters, caching, load balancing, and circuit breakers.
- Ability to contribute to technical architecture decisions and translate them into reliable, high-traffic production systems.
- Responsible use of generative AI tools and copilots with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and improve efficiency, cost, and quality.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: R$342.600—R$342.600 BRL.
- Total compensation may include equity, bonus eligibility, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
