Responsibilities
- Build full-stack software in a cross-disciplinary environment alongside hardware and analysis engineers.
- Design and implement software architecture and performance for AI-powered engineering products.
- Develop software that automates engineering workflows and produces design deliverables for large-scale capital projects.
- Build and maintain applications, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Identify bottlenecks and prioritize the highest-impact technical problems.
- Execute hands-on implementation with a high level of autonomy.
Requirements
- Experience building full-stack applications, databases, and cloud infrastructure independently.
- Familiarity with AI coding agent model capabilities and experimentation at their frontier.
- Experience building engineering or manufacturing software for physical-world products.
- Strong ownership, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Willingness to work in person five days per week in San Francisco.
- Alignment with the mission and interest in building technology for the physical world.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in motorsports, defense, aerospace, manufacturing, robotics, or other real-world industries.
