Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own access operations end-to-end, including group administration, role and persona mapping, approval routing, and access triage for internal teams.
• Drive security remediation programs, moving user access toward least-privilege models through RBAC controls and mitigating high-risk user access.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate new feature launches into permission models, entitlement updates, and operational readiness plans.
• Author and maintain runbooks, access matrices, and support documentation that enable internal teams to self-serve and reduce repeat access requests.
• Identify tooling and process gaps in access operations and convert them into structured engineering or operational work items with clear scope, priority, and measurable targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical program or project management experience in internal tools, access management, or platform operations environments.
• Experience designing or administering role-based access control models, including LDAP or equivalent identity and entitlement frameworks.
• Ability to drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, security, and business teams to deliver access changes, permission rollouts, or compliance remediation programs.
• Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation such as runbooks, access matrices, and operational guides for internal audiences.
• Utilize generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $130,900–$154,000 USD.
• Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility.
• Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
