Project Manager, Implementations

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines, tracking dependencies and risks while driving projects to on-time completion.
• Lead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders from C-suite executives to operations staff, handling difficult conversations and managing expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Architects, Software Engineers, and Customer Success to ensure smooth project execution and post-launch transitions.
• Translate complex technical requirements between clients and internal teams while protecting your implementation team from scope creep.
• Jump in to help with hands-on configuration and debugging when needed, keeping projects moving forward during resource constraints.
• Document solutions and identify process improvements to enhance future deployments and team efficiency.
• Escalate strategically to sales and leadership when additional support is needed to unblock critical issues.

Requirements

• Background in software implementations or professional services.
• Technical aptitude, ability to understand platform capabilities and limitations.
• Familiarity with no-code platforms or integration projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Grace under pressure, you stay calm when clients are stressed and deadlines are tight.
• Exceptional organizational skills, you live by your task lists and calendars.
• Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Natural problem solver who finds creative solutions within constraints.
• Self-starter who takes ownership without waiting for direction.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States.
