About the role
Responsibilities
Partner closely with the paid media team to understand performance, adapt assets, and apply learnings.
Own day-to-day production of high-volume brand and marketing assets: paid ads, social graphics, email headers, event signage, presentation decks, sales collateral.
Context-switch between multiple projects, triage priorities, and deliver on time.
Stay current on tools, AI design tools, and production best practices; share knowledge to improve team processes.
Support campaign and event creative by resizing, adapting, and producing assets.
Bring creative ideas when briefs allow.
Maintain brand consistency across all assets (spacing, hierarchy, color, type).
Collaborate with brand designers, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders.
Requirements
3-5 years of brand or graphic design experience with portfolio demonstrating range across formats and channels.
Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
Experience producing assets across digital and print: paid ads, HTML5 banners, social, email, event materials, presentations.
Ability to apply established brand system accurately.
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
Experience in-house at B2B SaaS or tech company preferred (agency considered).
Nice-to-haves
Experience with motion design or basic animation in After Effects.
Familiarity with AI design tools for production.
Compensation
Annual range: $95,000-$120,000 OTE (includes base and variable pay).
Own end-to-end web design, UX, and conversion flows for Breakout's crypto prop trading platform. Build AI-powered design systems and templates so marketing teams can self-serve on-brand assets across email, social, and campaigns. 5+ years web/digital design experience and fluency with AI tools like Claude and Figma AI required.
