About the role

What You'll Be Working On

Visual Systems

  • Evolve and maintain Crusoe’s brand identity system, ensuring consistency across all platforms (web, social, events, and internal comms).

Creative Campaign Execution

  • Conceptualize and design high-impact marketing assets for product launches, major industry events (like GTC), and digital campaigns.

Editorial & Layout

  • Design deep-dive white papers, technical reports, and presentations that make complex energy and AI concepts visually digestible.

Digital & Web Design

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design landing pages and digital experiences that are as innovative as our infrastructure.

Asset Production

  • Manage the end-to-end design process, from mood-boarding and conceptualization to final production-ready assets.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Act as a design partner to the People, Talent, and Data Science teams to ensure our internal culture is visually aligned with our external brand.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Experience

  • 4-6 years of professional design experience, ideally within a high-growth tech environment or a top-tier creative agency.

Portfolio Excellence

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a mastery of typography, grid systems, and clean, geometric visual design.

Technical Toolkit

  • Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and an interest in AI-assisted design tools.

Storytelling

  • The ability to take technical information and turn it into a compelling visual narrative.

Agility

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple projects without sacrificing quality.

Collaborative Spirit

  • A proactive communicator who enjoys receiving and giving constructive feedback.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Motion Graphics (After Effects) or basic 3D rendering.
  • Experience in "Industrial Tech" or "Energy" sectors—helping make heavy infrastructure feel modern and accessible.
  • Direct experience designing for large-scale physical events or conference activations.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $100,650 - $122,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
