Senior Software Engineer
Build and scale customer-facing software, integrate AI models, and improve distributed services across the full development lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Integrate the latest AI models into customer-facing features and workflows at scale.
- Solve complex problems and transform them into business solutions.
- Work with the technology stack, including Python, MySQL, React, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Develop customer-facing features and highly technical projects.
- Work in an agile environment focused on well-structured code, testing, and continuous integration.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA, and other developers.
- Assess the technical feasibility of product increments, recommend implementation options, and follow the development lifecycle through release.
- Understand the codebase and improve it through activities such as migrating to modern frameworks and adding tests.
- Proactively identify problems in existing systems and products and propose solutions.
- Design well-organized, reliable software and networking platforms.
- Plan and scale distributed software and applications using synchronous and asynchronous design patterns.
- Track, document, and maintain software and network system functionality.
- Build tools and frameworks to automate development, testing, deployment, management, and monitoring of 24/7 services and products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Python or a comparable programming language in developing, maintaining, and deploying software.
- Strong English and Hungarian communication skills.
- Familiarity with Python, Kubernetes, React, MySQL, and AWS.
- Experience working in an agile development environment, preferably in a startup or dynamic technology company.
