Business Operations
Drive strategic and operational initiatives for Product or GTM teams at Plaid, owning business reporting, OKRs, dashboards, and cross-functional projects that impact revenue and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic and operational agenda for a Product or GTM organization and the cross-functional initiatives that come with it
- Own foundational operating rhythms — monthly business reports, QBRs, OKRs and KPIs, executive reporting — and evolve them as the business scales
- Build out dashboards, metrics, and success measures that give leadership visibility and enable data-driven decisions
- Partner on product strategy topics including pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market for new and existing products
- Use AI tools and agents as a default part of how you work
Qualifications
- 6–11 years in management consulting, investment banking, and/or operating roles (BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Finance)
- Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of autonomy in prioritizing what matters most
- Ability to build relationships at all levels and drive cross-functional consensus
- Familiarity with AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL and Tableau preferred
- Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS preferred
