About the role
What You’ll Do
- Connect teams: Act as the hub between customers, engineering, operations, and sales to keep projects aligned and moving.
- Manage projects: Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple teams. Stay one step ahead of deadlines.
- Supply chain management: Work directly with our hardware team and external vendors to anticipate timeline hurdles and mitigate supply chain risk.
- Field deployments: Support new customer deployments, hardware QA processes, camera rollouts & upgrades, shipping, parts deliveries, and more.
- Coordinate success: Track issues and solutions with engineering and operations, escalate appropriately, and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned.
- Build for scale: Transform recurring solutions into systems, such as SOPs and automation.
- Obsess over details: Maintain high standards for precision, quality, and follow-through.
Who You Are
- Early-career operator with 1-3 years of industry experience in a fast-moving environment (startup, operations, or customer-facing tech).
- Tech and AI-native. Fluent in Slack, Linear, Google Workspace, Canva, AI tools, and modern ops tools.
- High-agency executor. You don’t wait for direction; you take ownership, figure it out, and deliver results.
- Excellent communicator. Confident with communicating respectfully, clearly, and constantly with customers, engineers, and executives alike.
- Comfortable with unglamorous work. You’re willing to do what others won’t to make the company succeed.
- Detail-obsessed and reliable. You catch what others miss and never let things fall through the cracks.
- Strong fundamentals and background: Technical experience, Supply Chain experience, or Operational Field Management experience are all a plus.
