Business Lead, Revenue Strategy & Operations
Partner with Large Customer Sales leadership to drive sales rigor, operational excellence, and go-to-market strategy. Own planning processes, cross-functional initiatives, reporting, and process automation for the LCS business.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, sales finance, business operations, product adoption and other cross-functional stakeholders on strategic operational projects designed to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue
- Program manage critical initiatives that shape the LCS business
- Devise and recommend go-to-market strategies in close partnership with senior sales and cross-functional leaders
- Track data and maintain our reporting processes, spanning key sales pipeline, productivity metrics, and forecasting
- Build automation and scalability, optimize operational processes, and ensure seamless integration around systems, tools, and technology
- Develop analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to plan and communicate short and long term resource needs
- Oversee the annual and quarterly planning processes for LCS as a whole
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or analogous strategy & operations roles
- Understanding of digital advertising and media (previous industry experience preferred)
- Exceptional strategic thinking and advanced analytical proficiency with a highly structured and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Demonstrated capability to lead and exert influence across multiple business units (sales, finance, product, marketing)
- Proven experience partnering with and influencing executive-level stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Looker, BigQuery); SQL proficiency mandatory
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities
- Exceptional organizational and program management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects
- High adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguous environments

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $180,200–$252,300 USD
- Eligible for equity (RSUs) and commission (depending on position)
