BizOps & Strategic Finance Intern
Supports BizOps & Strategic Finance team by building financial models in Excel, creating executive presentations in PowerPoint, tracking KPIs, and conducting analyses for operational and growth decisions. Requires bachelor's degree, Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and 0-2 years experience; path to full-time for top performers.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of executive-ready materials (Board, investor, and leadership presentations) in PowerPoint
- Assist in building and maintaining financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning in Excel
- Conduct structured analyses to support decision-making across operations, growth, and product initiatives
- Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to recurring business reporting
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Data, GTM) to gather inputs and synthesize insights
- Support ad hoc analyses and special projects tied to the company’s top strategic priorities
- Continuously improve processes, templates, and outputs to drive efficiency and clarity
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience (internships or early professional experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, or similar fields preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel (including the ability to build dynamic, detailed, and scalable financial models) and PowerPoint (including the ability to create clear, structured, and visually polished presentations)
- Comfortable working with large datasets (organizing, cleaning, and analyzing data)
- Ability to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights with concise, executive-ready messaging
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional organization and time management skills and a roll up your sleeves mentality with excitement to research and learn what you don’t know
Nice To Have
- Basic familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools

Compensation
- Base hourly range: $40-$45/hour
