Responsibilities
- Design and ship end-to-end AI agents for real logistics work, including customs compliance, document processing, and exception management.
- Work across organizational boundaries to understand problems, align stakeholders, and deliver solutions.
- Move quickly from idea to production and use deployments as learning opportunities.
- Work directly with operators, domain experts, and leadership to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Extensive experience building with LLMs.
- Strong product instincts and the ability to identify valuable problems to solve.
- Fluency with LLM agent patterns, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, tool use, and evaluation.
- Full-stack capability with TypeScript and Next.js.
- Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong desire to create high-impact systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience with workflow orchestration, such as Temporal.
- Experience building internal tools or operator-facing applications.
