Lead mechanical engineering R&D for cooling, piping, and mechanical systems in modular data centers and power infrastructure. Own reference designs, enforce technical standards, review vendor packages, and grow the team while solving the hardest problems.
Lead multidisciplinary product engineering for Fluidstack's modular data centers, owning reference designs, DFM/DFA, cross-discipline trade-offs, and scaling first-of-a-kind hardware into production. Requires experience leading complex physical product development with manufacturing release and revision control.
Lead fire protection engineering (detection, suppression, life safety) for Fluidstack's modular data centers and behind-the-meter power plants. Own reference designs, drive AHJ approvals for novel systems, and set standards as the AI compute infrastructure portfolio scales. Requires prior leadership in mission-critical or energy facility fire protection and deep NFPA code expertise.
Lead BMS controls engineering for AI data center fleet. Own standards for sequences, points lists, network architecture; drive vendor strategy and team growth. Requires prior leadership of BMS/controls for data centers or large plants, with experience standardizing across portfolios.
Lead automation systems for AI compute manufacturing lines from concept to rate production. Own architecture, integrator selection, safety design, commissioning, and OEE at the system level. Requires hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, and high-pressure debugging.
