Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI agents and automation workflows for complex business processes.
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders and subject-matter experts; translate manual processes into technical specifications and agentic architectures.
- Build, maintain, and secure integrations between SaaS systems and custom AI services.
- Implement monitoring, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks for AI workflows, including PII handling, audit logging, accuracy, compliance, and resilience at scale.
- Enable internal partners to adopt AI-first practices.
- Create reusable playbooks, architecture decision records, and handoff documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional engineering experience shipping production code.
- Experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks such as LangGraph and Claude SDK, AI developer tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, MCP server development, and LLM evaluation techniques.
- Experience with prompt regression testing, human-in-the-loop review, and automated evaluation pipelines.
- Systems integration experience with REST APIs, SQL data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure such as GCP or AWS.
- Strong product mindset, communication, initiative, and ability to work cross-functionally.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $150,000–$190,000.
