Responsibilities

Run construction operations across multiple concurrent gigawatt-scale sites: schedule, cost, quality, and safety in one view.
Set the operating rhythm between GCs, self-perform crews, and internal teams so blockers surface weeks before they hit the critical path.
Standardize the construction playbook across sites so the tenth build runs faster and cleaner than the first.
Drive constructability feedback into design and manufacturing so field problems get engineered out at the source.

Requirements

Run construction operations across multiple large industrial or mission critical projects at once.
Held GCs to schedule on jobs where the schedule was called impossible.
Read a P6 schedule critically and spot the float that isn't real.
Turned field lessons into standards other projects then had to follow.
Make decisions on incomplete information and own the outcome.
