Senior Construction Operations Lead
Lead construction operations for multiple concurrent gigawatt-scale data center sites. Own schedule, cost, quality, and safety; standardize playbooks; drive constructability feedback into design. Requires experience running large industrial/mission-critical projects and holding GCs to aggressive schedules.
About the job
Responsibilities
- Run construction operations across multiple concurrent gigawatt-scale sites: schedule, cost, quality, and safety in one view.
- Set the operating rhythm between GCs, self-perform crews, and internal teams so blockers surface weeks before they hit the critical path.
- Standardize the construction playbook across sites so the tenth build runs faster and cleaner than the first.
- Drive constructability feedback into design and manufacturing so field problems get engineered out at the source.
Requirements
- Run construction operations across multiple large industrial or mission critical projects at once.
- Held GCs to schedule on jobs where the schedule was called impossible.
- Read a P6 schedule critically and spot the float that isn't real.
- Turned field lessons into standards other projects then had to follow.
- Make decisions on incomplete information and own the outcome.
Nice-to-Haves
- Data center or semiconductor construction.
- Modular and prefab delivery.
- Design-build contracting.
- Self-perform experience.
