Startup Content Marketing Manager
Own startup-focused content campaigns by partnering with founders and technical teams, turning their products and lessons into compelling stories, guides, demos, and campaigns. The role requires 4+ years of marketing experience, strong storytelling, and familiarity with startup or developer audiences.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with founders and technical teams, get hands-on with their products, and uncover stories and practical lessons for other builders.
- Own startup content campaigns from ideation and creative brief through production, distribution, and measurement.
- Support co-marketing programs with startup customers and ecosystem partners.
- Write, create, and coordinate founder profiles, customer stories, practical guides, demos, and other content across social, email, events, partner channels, and founder communities.
- Partner with field and events teams to capture ideas, conversations, and product moments and turn them into broader-reaching content.
- Collaborate with startup go-to-market, customer marketing, product marketing, social, and communications teams.
- Build briefs, editorial calendars, and repeatable workflows.
- Define success metrics, track performance, and use audience feedback and data to improve content, formats, and channels.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B, content, customer, or integrated marketing.
- Experience working with startup, founder, builder, or developer audiences.
- Experience delivering content campaigns or co-marketing programs and explaining results and learnings.
- Ability to own projects, make decisions with incomplete information, and work through ambiguity.
- Ability to identify and resolve blockers, flag risks, and coordinate cross-functional support.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Strong storytelling and interviewing skills, with the ability to explain technical ideas clearly and accurately.
- Deep curiosity about technology and AI, including willingness to try new products and understand how they work.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $198,000–$219,000
