About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Solutions Architects and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful Pigment customer implementations, ensuring customers understand the platform’s value and achieve strong adoption.
  • Own project scope, timelines, and budgets, keeping all contributors aligned on progress and priorities while maintaining clear internal reporting and escalating issues when needed.
  • Proactively respond to customer requests for project resources, anticipate risks and challenges, and drive mitigation actions to keep projects on track.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of adoption and business value from using Pigment.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer executive sponsors to create passion and satisfaction for Pigment.
  • Develop deep product expertise to work closely with the product team on vision and roadmap.
  • Participate in updating Pigment’s project management methodology.
  • Deliver presentations and trainings, provide insightful practices, and structure creative solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organizations.
  • Significant experience in project management, sales, or professional services at a software/SaaS company.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail to ensure deliverables and projects are completed on time.
  • Ability to act as a leader and team member, supporting internal project team members with minimal disruption.
  • Ability to mediate stakeholders with conflicting requirements and create consensus toward shared goals.
  • Ability to build commitment and excitement within project teams including external and internal contributors.
  • Lead by example with empathy and strong resilience when facing setbacks.
  • Display growth mindset and constructive problem-solving approach.
  • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships, with deep empathy and dedication.
  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations targeted to a senior audience.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions, establish goals, develop opportunities, and provide reporting/dashboards to identify trends and improve customer experience.
  • Strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs.
  • Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
