Requirements
Qualified attorney with 4-8+ years of legal experience, including time at a top-tier law firm and/or relevant in-house role.
Deep experience drafting, negotiating, and closing high volumes of commercial agreements (SaaS, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, partner/reseller deals).
Fluency in legal frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), security concepts, AI governance, and IP concerns in SaaS transactions.
Ability to balance legal risk with business outcomes and tailor guidance by context and deal stage.
Thrive in cross-functional environments as the go-to legal resource for Sales, Finance, Product, and RevOps.
Clear communication, translating legal complexity into actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders.
Flexible, eager to learn, energized by fast growth, ambiguity, and building scalable legal systems.
